Welcome to Coralifeie.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coralifeie. Coralifeie operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and any other policies referenced on our website, explain your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or placing an order.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with or purchasing through Coralifeie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence.

If you permit a minor to use a device or account under your control, you remain responsible for their use of the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When browsing our store, creating an account or placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing details, payment information and shipping address.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you submit an order through Coralifeie, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An order is accepted when we confirm its acceptance and payment has been successfully authorised and processed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorised;

• Billing or shipping information cannot be verified;

• A product is unavailable;

• An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

• The order appears to be intended for unauthorised commercial resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order information carefully before submitting it.

Because order processing may begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once fulfilment has started.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING

Prices displayed on Coralifeie may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to the correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed or disclosed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Depending on the destination, fulfilment route and applicable law, an international shipment may also be subject to VAT, customs duties, import fees or carrier handling charges.

Where these charges are collected by Coralifeie at checkout, they will be included in the amount shown before payment.

Charges that are not collected at checkout may, where applicable, be payable by the recipient in accordance with the laws and customs requirements of the destination country.

From time to time, Coralifeie may offer promotions, discounts or special offers. Additional conditions may apply to an individual promotion and will be disclosed where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

You confirm that you are authorised to use any payment method submitted with your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Coralifeie provides delivery to customers across Ireland through an international fulfilment and logistics network.

Depending on the product, destination and available shipping route, we may work with international carriers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, together with local delivery partners responsible for final-mile delivery.

Our estimated delivery time for Ireland is generally:

10–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not fixed delivery dates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If a parcel is significantly delayed, lost, damaged or cannot be located despite being marked as delivered, please contact our customer care team so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.

Nothing in these Terms transfers transportation risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For eligible online purchases, Coralifeie provides a 14-day return period in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Customers in Ireland and other eligible European Union jurisdictions may also have statutory rights to cancel certain distance purchases within the applicable cooling-off period.

Different rules may apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including certain personalised, perishable, sealed hygiene or other exempt products.

Promotional or discounted pricing does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content made available through Coralifeie, including our website design, trademarks, logos, text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio and other materials, may be owned by Coralifeie, our affiliates, suppliers or licensors and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for your personal and lawful use.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Coralifeie content without the permission of the applicable rights holder.

Third-party trademarks, logos and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

A link from Coralifeie does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the third-party website.

Transactions entered into directly with an independent third party may be governed by that third party's terms.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Coralifeie cannot lawfully exclude.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Coralifeie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Coralifeie.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Coralifeie and is not responsible for the performance of our obligations as the merchant.

The relationship between Shopify and Coralifeie does not affect any rights you may have against Coralifeie as the seller of your goods.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through Coralifeie is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information relating to your access to and use of our store may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our website, processing payments, fulfilling orders, preventing fraud and providing customer support.

Information may be processed or transferred outside the country in which you reside where permitted by applicable data protection law and subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of the Coralifeie website, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

SECTION 21 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
